This music may not appeal to everyone, but for those of us who discovered the “rocker” named Bo Bice on AI, it’s the sound we’ve all been waiting for! I absolutely love it and will be buying my CD on the day of its release!

So sad to see that the AI stigma is still out there. This TV show may not be always be “quality,” but the show has given exposure to eventual award winners of all kinds and helped a lot of talented artists get noticed. I would have never discovered Bo Bice if it hadn’t been for AI–and I didn’t mind suffering through Anthony Federov to make that discovery!!

Yep,it’s the Real Bo fer shur..sounding like David Clayton Thomas in a skit from Hee Haw. Like A Sinner in a Sin, this stuff will make you cringe…!

Now this is the real Bo. Really liking the new stuff. This man can really sing.
Give it a try – awesome sound.

People are far too quick to Judge Bo on his American Idol past. This guy has been trying to make it in the music business for years before Idol came around. I have seen him live a few times and he is the real deal. Not some has been from idol.

I really like the sound…its cool and real. alot like Bo and not the pop pablum he was made to sing last time.

Even Bo didn’t think he had a chance on Idol. He was never a pop kinda guy. He only entered on a bet from his mom. He figured he’d be voted off right away, but he went ahead and entered with the intention remaining on Idol just long enough to get enough attention to get a few more gigs for his band. Nobody was more surprised than Bo was to come in a very close second in the end. After Idol, RCA made Bo record a pop album “The Real Thing.” He parted with RCA, and consequently could then do his own thing… this album with all songs that he wrote, in his OWN studio, with HIS sound instead of all that studio processing. It’s passionate, raw, gutsy.

The album will feature a “who’s who” of rock, with appearances by Rolling Stones keyboardist Chuck Leavell, drummer Steve Gorman (The Black Crowes, Stereophonics), legendary session guitarist Waddy Wachtel (The Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt, Don Henley, James Taylor, Iggy Pop, Tom Waits, Bob Dylan) and award-winning bassist Glenn Worf (Mark Knopfler, Dire Straits, Aaron Neville, Tammy Wynette, Bob Seger), and others. Check it out!

Bic & Que, just give a listen, and don’t hold the AI stigma against Bo Bice. Check him out on Youtube for his new sound, and judge for yourself. His new sound is rockin’ and impressive, and not dictated by his old AI contract.
