		<description>I&#039;m interested in hearing their new stuff.  Nuno is a fantastic guitarist and Gary was always a great frontman. You&#039;re right Bob they should kick up their hard rock vibe...they could keep the funkiness though.  It&#039;d be nice to finally see one of the old bands I grew up with actually get a hit with a comeback album.  I doubt it&#039;ll happen but I have hope everytime one of the &#039;80s bands gets back together.</description>

There is no shortage of rock n roll whatsoever.  the fact that we aren&#039;t inundated with slick, bloated, overly technical rock bands anymore is actually good for rock n roll, not bad.  And the idea that &quot;passion&quot; drives Extreme is absurd.  Their brand of funk-tinged hard rock was always short on the funk, the hard and the rock.  Sure they were great players, but their music was cold and empty.</description>
