Rocklahoma 2008 The Un-Official Announcement
The long awaited Rocklahoma 2008 Official Announcement was broadcast live on XM Radio’s The Boneyard from the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California. Eddie Trunk was there to emcee the event.
The XM press conference started late, and cut off mid way through so this is only a partial listing. The bands below are confirmed but the time slots are not yet set.
The following bands will be at Rocklahoma 2008 in Pryor, Oklahoma, July 10th – 13th:
In order to receive admission for the Thursday night show, you must by a three day pass!

Bret whats the deal with the rest of Poison not performing with you in Rocklahoma considering that Poison/Ratt will tour this year??
Rumours flying on Radio in Virginia that the Scorpions have been added to the line up at Rocklahoma?? Guess Gun’s and Roses and Motley Crue would be the Icing on the cake(even though the Crue is on tour then) or Ozzy Osbourne could kick this show to the Legendary shows like Woodstock of the 60’s!!
I wouldn’t mind seeing HOL – underrated! Their debut was excellent.
Eddie Trunk is a dolt. No wonder he’s mixed up in this nonsense.
