Cinderella Cancels Summer Tour

Last night, I received an email with the following:
Unfortunately due to a hemorrhaged vocal cord suffered by Cinderella’s Tom
Keifer, the scheduled Cinderella, Warrant, Lynch Mob and Lynam show July 11 at The Aztec Music Hall and remaining Tour dates have been cancelled. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase starting Saturday Morning at 10AM. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you purchased your ticket on-line at Frontgatetickets. com your credit card will automatically be refunded. Keep it locked in and we will keep you updated with further information.

According to Warrant’s myspace: Warrant and it’s booking agent are scrambling to rebook as many dates as possible so that they can still be on the road this summer.

Those of you with tickets to the Lynam, Lynch Mob, Warrant and Cinderella tour, ought to check with your local venue’s to see what the status of this show is.

It is probably that Rocklahoma will be seeking out a replacement for Cinderella as well.

This is very disappointing, as I was looking for a comeback by Cinderella. Tom Keifer recently finished a solo album that he is shopping to the different labels. Hopefully, this doesn’t set that record back.

I’m really hoping Cinderella has a chance, before I die, to put some new material out.The newest song I have by them ( & I got it all ) is War Stories, on thier Best of cd from ’97.

Always supporting Cinderella in all they go through. Just behind them 100 percent of the way all of the time. Cinderella Music is a LIFT like no other on this earth! BEst Regards to Tom Kefier, Jeff Labar, Eric Brittingham and Fred Coury! Yours was the best live show I have ever experienced. xo Wendy/wcluvslabars~myspace

Yes, Tom is fine, but it is going to take a while for him to recover. Cinderella is about 4 months away before they can perform live with Tom.

Crap… Crap… Crap… I already had tickets in hand for the Chicago show.
