Rock Candy Records Reissues Circus of Power Debut
Late ’80s/early ’90s hard rock band CIRCUS OF POWER will have its classic 1988 self-titled debut album reissued through Rock Candy Records. The LP, which was originally issued through RCA Records, will be remastered and will include a 14-page booklet as well as a 4,000-word essay about the band.

What on earth do they have to say about Circus of Power that could fill up 4000 words? Actually, I liked this album quite a bit when it first came out. It was gritty and raw and not much like the hair metal that was being shoved down our throats at the time. Maybe I’ll pull it out and see if it holds up almost 20 years later.
