From Stereomud to Dangerous New Machine

Due to unspecified “isssues that have arisen,” vocalist Erik Rogers has abandoned plans to utilize the STEREOMUD moniker for his new project with guitarist Billy Grey (ex-FOZZY, SICK SPEED) and drummer Rodney Beaubouef (ex-STUCK MOJO). The group, whose lineup is completed by bassist Jake Kitchens, has been renamed DANGEROUS NEW MACHINE, and a brand new track entitled “Burn” is expected to be posted on the band’s MySpace page very soon.
DANGEROUS NEW MACHINE is:
Erik Rogers – Vocals
Billy Grey (ex-FOZZY, SICK SPEED) – Lead Guitar
Jake Kitchens – Bass
Rodney Beaubouef (ex-STUCK MOJO) – Drum

Erik rogers is awesome! Both stereomud and dnm hVe a unique sound that is in some ways similar to early drowning pool and nonpoint….but more refined with supdr cool guitar rifts and defintely high octane! Janie
Correction: bassist for DNM is now Randy Reider.

it doesnt compare to the original stereomud line up!
I’m friends with them on Myspace, and their song “Burn” is seriously good music. Anyone with a good ear for music should definitely give em a listen.
