Cavo

Quickly rising alternative rock band, CAVO, prepares to release their debut album, Bright Nights * Dark Days, on August 11th! The St. Louis band, which began in March 2001, consists of singer Casey Walker, guitarist Chris Hobbs, bassist Brian Smith, and drummer Chad La Roy. The band recorded an EP in early 2007 that caught the attention of a local St. Louis radio station, and was quickly put into rotation while the band began to play live showcases around the country. Record producer David Bendeth (Breaking Benjamin,  Paramore) quickly took notice and with him on board, Cavo signed with Reprise Records in October 2008.  Now, after nine years together as a band, Cavo is releasing their major-label debut Bright Nights * Dark Days, which includes the propulsive first single “Champagne,” which is in the Top 5 most requested songs at over 60 Rock stations, as well as “Let It Go,” which was featured in the Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen movie and soundtrack.

Currently, Cavo is out on the Crue Fest 2 tour through August!

Should Cavo’s new video, “Champagne” SINK of SWIM?  Decide with your votes below!
