Turkey Video #3 – Poison – Unskinny Bop
Can you really have a Turkey Video countdown without a Poison song? Not really! “Unskinny Bop” is such an easy target, as this song features would could be the worst opening guitar riff in the history of rock. Sure Poison had a huge hit with this song, but this is some of the worst guitar work I have ever heard. This didn’t take much creativity on CC Deville’s part. See for yourself below.

Actually, the guitar lick in Unskinny bop is a very horrible bastardization of an excellent guitar lick originally appearing in a track by Lynyrd skynyrd called I Know a Little wich is on their Street Survivors album. check it out and see what I mean.
