“White Wizzard – more like Sh*** Wizzard!
I want my £8.50 back!
First of all the band were meant to be on at 8.30pm but they didnt grace us with their presence until 9pm which is something you dont mind if its a decent band that you dont mind a build up to but a relatavley unheard of act well thats just rude on their behalf.
So where is the illusive 5th member? Probably no.9 on the fired list. Just 4 members trying to play Iron Maiden/Priest orientated songs really doesnt cut it youve gotta have that second guitar. But saying that the stage is so small its probably just as well as there wouldnt have enough room.
The new singer could atleast hit the high notes but you couldnt tell a word he was singing it was all just a bit too loud. The young guitarist seemed talented enough and my advice to him would be to quit before youre fired and join a band who are actually going somewhere.
The set didnt last very long well i suppose as they only have one albums worth of songs theres only so much you can do. I had read a few good reviews about their debut album but live they definately fall short.
My thoughts are this band arent going to survive long wait a few more months and youll find their album in the heavy metal reduced bin.
Would not reccommend going to see them very dissapointed.”
