ALBUMS IN STORES NOVEMBER 9, 2010 ON SPV/STEAMHAMMER
Two of the most highly anticipated albums from SPV/Steamhammer will be released tomorrow November 9, 2010. VIRGIN STEELE’s “The Black Light Bacchanalia” and POWERWORLD’s “Human Parasite” Over the past few weeks songs from both albums have been premiered on multiple websites. Today you will be able to hear the albums in their entirety for the first time on AOL MUSIC. AOL MUSIC is hosting full album listening parties for both releases. VIRGIN STEELE’s “The Black Light Bacchanalia” will be released in four formats, three of which will be released on November 9th in North Amercia: a standard CD, limited edition CD Digipak with a bonus CD, and digital download. The fourth version is the strictly limited edition LP box set which will be released on November 23rd in North America. Each version will have its own unique artwork.

After leaving Freedom Call in the end of 2005 Ilker Ersin started to build up his own band POWERWORLD. Ilker wrote every song, produced the demos and searched for the right musicians to complete the band.
SPV / Steamhammer signed a worldwide deal with POWERWORLD in August 2010. The new album “Human Parasite” will be released in Europe on October 22nd and in the USA/Canada on November 9th. The band will embark on a European tour in early 2011. Stay tuned.
