Australian rock trio Sick Puppies are set to release Polar Opposite, on March 1, available exclusively at WalMart and all digital retailers. The eight-song release, produced by Rock Mafia, features re-imagined tracks from their smash sophomore release Tri-Polar as well as their first hit “All the Same” from their debut album. There are four slots at each stop on the tour. In 2010, 186 bands were chosen to perform on the tour, selected from almost 16,000 entries, and 2011 promises to be even bigger.
Ernie Ball’s panel of expert judges will also review each show on the tour, selecting the top four from across the country to compete in Hollywood at the Vans Warped Tour official after party taking place at the end of 2011. After playing for celebrity judges and a who’s who of music industry legends, America’s best undiscovered band will take home an exclusive prize package and the title of “2011 Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands Champion”.

“Bitter Black Water,” the last recorded album of rock band Still Rain, is now available for digital purchase in all major online music stores.
Still Rain, formed in Fayetteville, N.C. in December 1989, extensively toured the East coast before disbanding in 1996. The album was last sold on CD in 1995. The original band lineup went on to become some of hard rock‟s biggest stars: Clint Lowery (Sevendust), Corey Lowery (Eye Empire), Donnie Hamby (doubleDrive), Bevan Davies (Danzig, MonstrO, Dirty Pollyanna) and Troy McLawhorn (Seether).
