Video – Mr. Big – Green Tinted Sixties Mind
No, it isn’t a new clip, but I am very excited about seeing Mr. Big in less than two weeks. “Green Tinted Sixties Mind” is a pretty cool tune in my opinion. I am hopeful that this is one of the songs in the Mr. Big set list at the M3 Rock Festival.

This song was THE song that my girlfriend and I used to sing together while cruising. Just a fantastic, melodic song. Uh… that “girlfriend” is now my Metal wife. \m/

I too love this song. I was fortunate enough to see them in the 90’s, and I happened to be side stage, 10′ away from Paul Gilbert. I watched him start this song, and seeing him perform it RIGHT in front of me, I still couldn’t figure out WTF he was doing at the beginning.
I have to admit, I was really hoping to hear some of this kinda stuff on the new disc. It’s not bad, but no real classics, IMO.
Side note – find a copy of the Mr Big Tribute album and check out Donnie Vie’s version of Green-Tinted. It’s very unique, and I think dang near as good as the original……
I love Mr. Big and this song. It reminds me of high school, when I was young and hopeful for the future! Now I feel sort of old when I hear this song;)
