The Finn-formed rock group White Flame are in the midst of working on their third studio album together with a well-known Swedish producer Chris Laney, who has previously worked with bands such as Europe and Crashdiet, just to name a few. The band will be heading to Stockholm in September for some studio time and the long awaited record will be expected to hit the stores by beginning of 2012. White Flame as a group are of the same mind-set that this collaboration is going to work as an excellent stepping-stone to enter the international music market and a fine opportunity to showcase true Finnish rock / hard rock music to the world.
For the sole reason of working on new material for the upcoming album White Flame will only play two festival gigs in Finland this summer before heading to the studio. Preliminary discussions on an album release tour in Sweden are on the works and there are also plans to head out to Europe once again soon after the actual release date.
White flame has previously released the albums Yesterday’s News (2007) and Tour Bus Diaries (2009) in Europe, and a compilation album called RockHard (2009) in Japan.
