WARBEAST to Support DOWN on Upcoming U.S. Tour
Housecore Records thrashers WARBEAST are pleased to announce that they will be supporting Down on their upcoming U.S. tour. The band will join on September 18th in their hometown of Fort Worth, TX and will travel with Down and a rotating line-up of haarp, Pentagram, and others until October 2nd in Charlotte, NC. Not only are we thrilled to unleash our sound on Down’s enormous fanbase night after night, but we also get to witness Down performing some of their incredible new material live several times in a row,” states vocalist Bruce Corbitt. “We are seriously honored to be able to tour with a band that we are all fans of and actually friends with too. WARBEAST began in the early 80’s Texas underground metal scene. Vocalist Bruce Corbitt was the voice of speed metal kings Rigor Mortis, who achieved major label success on Capitol Records in 1988. Other members of the band boast resumes including Gammacide, Demonseed, and more. WARBEAST released their most recent album, Krush the Enemy,in 2010.
