Richie Sambora on Rock of Love 3?!
Richie Sambora is set to replace Bret Michaels in the next season of TV dating show Rock of Love, according to reports.
Poison frontman Michaels recently wrapped season two when he chose aspiring actress Ambre Lake as the winner and his new girlfriend.
Despite the first season being exposed as a fraud–the winning contestant already had a boyfriend–Michaels and Lake insist this time it is for real, and they are handing the show over to another single star.
Bon Jovi guitarist Sambora, 48, has been single since his April 2007 divorce from actress Heather Locklear and a short-lived romance with Locklear’s former friend Denise Richards ended last year.
And TV bosses want to help him find love. A source tells OK! magazine, “He’s perfect for TV. If you thought Bret was must-see TV, you ain’t seen anything yet. Richie is going to be a train wreck looking for love.”

People – don’t knock Rock of Love until you’ve seen it … it’s a stupid yet enjoyable experience. Read about last season’s episodes on my blog … and, months ago, I reported Ritchie is staring in ROL 3 … and I so believe it!!!
Its all for show, its not for real love. Anything is possible.
I doubt there is any truth to this. Sambora is busy touring with Bon Jovi and has a steady girlfriend. Jen Malani and Richie have been together since last summer and she is accompanying him on this tour.
I was working reading posts of guitar center at proximo… and I got to know that Richie “my love” could be on this tv show. fuck it. I live in cba argentina… how on earth can i be on the show? i wanna be with him!!!!!!!!!!! Marcela
I WOULD LOVE FOR RICHIE SAMBORA TO DO THE NEXT ROCK OF LOVE.
two words…FREE ASS !!! You’d do it too…unless you’re queer
i can’t believe it! lol
I’m happy to say that I have never seen an episode of Rock Of Love. It’s all staged, it’s all promotion for everyone, and it’s just a bad show. Let Sambora do it, he’ll need a career when his drinking gets him kicked out of Jon’s band.
