Bob from Mojo Radio played Rainbow’s “Stone Cold” for me the other night, and it made me wonder how many people have never heard this song. This is Rainbow with Joe Lynn Turner on vocals. This song is on the ’82 Rainbow classic, Straight Between the Eyes.

I’ve kept every “version” of Rainbow alive and well in my CD rotation… a band I can’t think of NOT listening to!! Excellent to give this band, their song and vid the proper salute on HRH!!

Man…haven’t heard that one in YEARS. I almost feel compelled to get a turntable and bring my LP’s and 45’s down from the attic. Some things don’t get replaced as our collections switched from record to cd and now to mp3– a lot of great stuff gets left behind… Thanks for the memory!
