Check out Halestorm’s amazing performance of “Familiar Taste of Poison” on Wednesday night’s episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Halestorm recently wrapped up a tour overseas, and will continue to tour in support of their self-titled debut album, which made a top 5 debut on SoundScan’s “Hard Music” chart upon its release. After an amazing performance at this year’s Rock on the Range, Halestorm was included in SPIN’s “Best Moments at Rock on the Range 2010,” where they noted, “If any band deserves a bigger stage (and an even bigger production) for an outing at ROTR next year, it’s these alt-rockers.”
Current single “Familiar Taste of Poison” impacted Active Rock radio earlier this month, and the band will be shooting the companion video shortly. After wrapping up their July headlining dates, Halestorm will take part in the Uproar Tour with Avenged Sevenfold and Disturbed.

The song doesn’t really reach a crescendo with a climax to break the monotony of the verses. Unlike most of mine.
