Remember the band Cry Wolf? Well the band is back in action, and have announced a Record Release Party, Saturday November 6th at 8 P.M. at the Burnin’ Burro Studios in Livermore, California.

Holy shit! Goosebumps! Lost my Cry Wolf cassette tape years ago, and thought I’d never hear this song again. (Why did I never think to check Amazon or eBay? Because apparently I’m a moron. But I’m trying to fix that…gonna buy the CD now.)
Always loved this song, has a very Zeppelin-like riff. I saw these guys at the Akron Agora back when this song was getting played on Headbanger’s Ball and from what I remember, they were great. I bought (digitally) the new CD from Amazon. It’s got a more modern rock sound to it that I’m not sure I love. But I’ve only listened to it once so I’ll have to revisit it this weekend.
