PRONG Confirm August Tour Dates With Static-X
New Album Carved Into Stone Out Now on Long Branch Records
PRONG will be touring all summer in support of their latest release Carved Into Stone. The band has confirmed that they will be touring this August with Static-X. The tour kicks off August 1st in Silver Spring, MD and runs through August 29th in Las Vegas, NV. In between those dates PRONG will be taking part in the inaugural “Knotfest” August 17th in Pacific Junction, IA and August 18th in Somerset, WI. Select headline dates and other festival appearances are scheduled as well. A complete list of all tour dates can be found below.
Frontman Tommy Victor spoke about touring with Static-X:
“Static-X has been carrying the torch for no-nonsense, hard hitting music for many years and it’s an honor to tour with them. They’ve put out great records again and again and I’ve witnessed their live show so many times and never been disappointed. In its first week of release, Carved Into Stone landed spots on three of Billboard’s Charts. The album placed at #13 on the Heatseekers Chart, #44 on the Hard Rock Albums Chart and #56 on the Independent Albums Chart.

Carved into Stone is quintessentially PRONG. It stretches into the band’s earliest and dirtiest foundations on which the band was founded on New York’s Lower East Side to the present as a staple of today’s post-metal and rock scenes.
