After eight months in the writing process, Tesla has announced their new album, Forever More will be released 10/7. On Forever More, the band keeps their gritty brand of guitar-rock coming around every turn, with energized anthems like “I Wanna Live” to somber-toned tracks such as “Fallin’ Apart”. The band wrote and recorded during a very dynamic period for the members, and those bizarre times fueled the process, leading to what they say are some of their “most exciting songs”.

Having already been to Europe this year, playing festivals with Judas Priest and Kiss, Tesla are ready to hit the road;bringing the new material for the first time to their fans at home.

Forever More hits stores on 10/7

The new TESLA single entitled “I Wanna Live” is available for streaming on the band’s MySpace page. The track comes off the group’s seventh studio album, “Forever More” (see cover art below), which is set for release October 7 on Tesla Electric Company Recordings (in partnership with Ryko Distribution).

For “Forever More”, TESLA reunited with producer Terry Thomas, who was behind the boards for the band’s 1994 gold-certified “Bust A Nut” album, and engineered by Michael Rosen who worked with TESLA on “Into The Now”.

The band’s world tour will kick off October 1 in Salt Lake City with more dates announced in the coming weeks.
