OTHERWISE Release ‘ENJOY THE PAIN’ EP As Free Download

 Album Now Available At www.EnjoyThePainEP.com

Band Hosting SiriusXM Octane Takeover All Weekend

“Die For You” #28 At Active Rock Radio With Increasing Spins

“Rebel Yell” Single Set For November 11 iTunes Release

In celebration of their fans, Las Vegas rockers OTHERWISE have just released the acoustic ‘ENJOY THE PAIN’ EP for free via the website www.EnjoyThePainEP.com. The album contains five brand new songs, all written and recorded entirely on the road. To download the ‘ENJOY THE PAIN’ EP for free, please click here.

The ‘ENJOY THE PAIN’ free download was announced this afternoon exclusively on SiriusXM Octane, where the band – frontman Adrian Patrick, guitarists Ryan Patrick and Andrew Pugh, drummer Corky Gainsford and bassist Vassilios Metropoulos – hosted an exclusive station takeover that will repeat daily through November 4. The special features an interview, acoustic performance, and the band taking over the Octane playlist. In early 2012, OTHERWISE became the first unsigned band to reach No. 1 on the Octane Big ‘Uns Countdown – SiriusXM launched the band’s career into the national spotlight, and now they are helping OTHERWISE deliver ‘ENJOY THE PAIN’ to their fans.

The OTHERWISE SiriusXM Octane takeover will repeat at the following times this weekend, and is also available via SiriusXM On Demand:

 Friday, November 1 – 12pm ET/9am PT

Saturday, November 2 – 8pm ET/5pm PT

Sunday, November 3 – 2pm ET/11am PT

Monday, November 4 – 6amET/3am PT

“‘ENJOY THE PAIN‘ is our gift to you. It’s our way of saying thank you for the success you’ve helped us earn, and a little something to hold you over until our next full length album is released in 2014,” says OTHERWISE of the EP. “We recorded this entirely on our own, on the road, in between shows while out on tour. If we couldn’t find a quiet bedroom or bathroom to track in, we’d record while literally driving down the highway… The process wasn’t easy. It wasn’t slick. It wasn’t normal. It didn’t adhere to any set of rules, guidelines, or industry standards. At times it was painful… And we enjoyed every minute of it. So please, ‘ENJOY THE PAIN’ with us… and enjoy this EP.”

 ‘ENJOY THE PAIN’ Track Listing:

1. 60 MPH

2. Once In My Dreams

3. Enjoy The Pain

4. Miles Of Rain

5. Burn Away (III Reprise)

In the 18 months since the release of their ‘True Love Never Dies’ debut, OTHERWISE have gone from local Las Vegas favorites to one of America’s best-selling breakout acts. Now, they’re giving something back to the fans that have embraced the band as their own. A first track from the album, “Miles Of Rain,” can be heard here.

To compliment the free EP, on November 11 the band will release an iTunes-exclusive single featuring an acoustic cover of the BILLY IDOL hit “Rebel Yell” and an acoustic version of “Heaven,” the closing track from ‘True Love Never Dies’.

“Die For You”, the third single from the band’s debut album, is currently at No. 28 at Active Rock radio – click here to watch the single’s official lyric video. The follow-up to breakout hits “Soldiers” and “I Don’t Apologize (1000 Pictures),” “Die For You” is a full-throttle anthem of undying devotion in the face of betrayal. “Soldiers” has sold more than 100,000 digital tracks, and the band has amassed more than 2.4 million total views on YouTube. You can watch the official music video for “Soldiers” here, and the “I Don’t Apologize (1000 Pictures)” video here.

Released in May 2012, ‘True Love Never Dies’ has sold more than 50,000 copies, making OTHERWISE that year’s best-selling new rock band and helping propel them to tours alongside STONE SOUR, PAPA ROACH, BUCKCHERRY, P.O.D., THREE DAYS GRACE, POP EVIL and more. FREE ELEVEN SEVEN MUSIC ALBUM SAMPLER WITH THE PURCHASE OF A TICKET; TICKETS ON SALE FRIDAY, MARCH 1ST

Eleven Seven Music has partnered with A2IM (American Association of Independent Music) to create the “Eleven Seven Music Presents The Connection Tour.”  The tour features Eleven Seven Music roster standouts, the Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum alternative rock band Papa Roach as headliners, with labelmates, the kings of underground rock, Escape The Fate and Century Media’s up-and-coming active rockers, Otherwise.  The dates will kick off in Miami at Revolution on Tuesday, April 16th.  Please see below for the full itinerary, along with additional Papa Roach tour dates.  Click here to check out a preview of the tour. With the purchase of a ticket, fans will receive a free Eleven Seven Music album sampler featuring Papa Roach, Escape The Fate, Drowning Pool, HELLYEAH, The Blackout and one track from Otherwise. Please see below for track listing. The album sampler is also available for purchase on iTunes to those who can’t make it to a show for $6.99.  VIP Packages for select dates will also be available starting at 10AM local venue time on Wednesday, February 27th.  Visit paparoach.com/events for more details.

A2IM President, Rich Bengloff notes, “One of the true strengths of the independent music label community is that our label members are true brands, whether it be the Blues (Alligator), EDM (Ultra), Metal (Century Media), Reggae (VP), or a leading rock brand like Eleven Seven Music. I applaud Allen Kovac and his team at Eleven Seven Music for creating what we hope will be the first of many independent artist branded tours, in this case for the rock music community and its fans.”

Eleven Seven Music Founder and CEO, Allen Kovac adds, “This is an integrated marketing concept that will make it easier for branded labels to work with promoters to increase ticket sales, especially in markets that don’t have rock or alternative radio stations. The industry needs turnkey marketing opportunities to allow for the best use of new media.”

Tour headliners Papa Roach recently released their sixth studio album (their second for label home Eleven Seven Music), the tour’s namesake, THE CONNECTION.  The albumwas produced by rock veteran James Michael (Sixx:A.M., Halestorm) and John Feldmann (Panic at the Disco, The Used, Escape the Fate) and has been receiving critical praise across the board.  Revolver declared the album, “a fist-pumping return to form…”  Papa Roach has sold upwards of 10 million albums worldwide.  The band boasts two Grammy nominations, an MTV VMA nomination, as well as ten Top 10 rock hits, seven Top 10 alternative hits and can claim the Most Played Alternative Song of the Decade (BDS) with their breakthrough single “Last Resort.”  Known for their electrifying and explosive live shows, Papa Roach has become the common denominator for some of the most successful rock tours in recent years.

New to the Eleven Seven Music roster, Escape The Fate is set to release their fourth studio album and first for their new label home, UNGRATEFUL on May 14th.  Despite giving their lead single and title track away for free for 24 hours on AltPress.com, the track landed on iTunes’ rock singles chart at #2 and sold a staggering 4,500 in the first week – supporting the claim that the band’s quality of music is better than ever. The album was co-produced by John Feldmann (Panic At The Disco, The Used, Papa Roach), guitarist Monte Money and Brandon Saller (Atreyu) and mixed by Josh Wilbur (Lamb Of God, System Of A Down, Chevelle) and is poised to be one of the great standout rock albums of 2013.  UNGRATEFUL features an exciting blend of soaring choruses, lyrical intensity and classic elements of alternative rock for which the band has come to be known.

Rounding out the bill are hard rockers Otherwise, who will be touring in support of their Century Media debut album, TRUE LOVE NEVER DIES.  Released last year, the album features the breakout single, “Soldiers.”  “Soldiers” has sold over 100,000 units to date and was a Top 20 Active Rock radio hit.  Their current single, “I Don’t Apologize” is currently Top 15 at Active Rock radio.

CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS is proud to announce the signing of Las Vegas rock group OTHERWISE.   A hometown breakout, OTHERWISE earned recognition on the national level when Fox News dubbed them the “#1 Unsigned Act in America” – and America backed the claim. The band’s song “Soldiers” became the first track by an unsigned artist to occupy the No. 1 spot on Sirius Radio’s Octane channel (where it currently maintains the peak position) and has sold more than 10,000 singles on iTunes in the past month alone.”We’re so stoked to have signed with Century Media,” says vocalist Adrian Patrick. “We have a very unique history with the label, so it feels like a natural fit for us. They were the first company to present us with a huge opportunity back in 2010, so it’s extremely synchronistic for us to be given the chance to make a mark with our own music now, on this label. It’s been a long, dark road to get to this point… it feels damn good to finally start seeing the light.”OTHERWISE – brothers Adrian (vocals) and Ryan (guitars/vocals) Patrick, Flavio Ivan (bass/vocals), Corky Gainsford (drums/vocals) and Vassilios Metropoulos (guitar/vocals) – are currently recording their debut album with Jay Baumgardner (Bush, Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Incubus) at NRG Studios in Los Angeles, CA.  “I’m psyched to be working with a stellar band like OTHERWISE ,” says Baumgardner.  “I’m very excited by what we can accomplish together and I think the album will speak for itself.” The album is set for a spring 2012 release and will be introduced by lead single “Soldiers,” which will be shipped to terrestrial radio for adds this week. The “Soldiers” lyric video can be viewed below.

The single can be purchased here.

“I’ve had my eyes on OTHERWISE since Adrian sang ‘The Promise’ on the last In This Moment record, and I’ve watched the band develop from a very good band into an amazing band,” says Century Media President Don Robertson. “In that time they’ve not only become a part of the Century Media family, they’ve also become a huge part of our plans for the future. As proud as we are of the success they’ve already achieved, ‘Soldiers’ is just the beginning for OTHERWISE, and Century Media couldn’t be more excited to have them call our label home.”

No stranger to the stage, OTHERWISE has honed their captivating live show playing with acts including Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Five Finger Death Punch, Hollywood Undead, Puddle of Mudd, Papa Roach, Rob Zombie and the Deftones.  In addition, vocalist Adrian Patrick performed alongside Maria Brink on In This Moment’s hit duet “The Promise” and spent the summer of 2010 on Mayhem tour performing the song with the band live.

Upcoming OTHERWISE live shows:

Jan 14 – Henderson, NV @ Green Valley Ranch with Steel Panther
Jan 20 – Las Vegas, NV @ Aliente with Aaron Lewis
